Panathinaikos BC issued a statement confirming that a second case of COVID-19 was identified after new testing.
According to Gazzetta, the two cases concern a player and a member of the technical staff.
This comes as Panathinaikos welcomes Olympiakos to OAKA on Thursday for the 17th Euroleague game.
The Euroleague predicts that a match will only be postponed when the team has less than eight players ready for the game.
