An Greek anarchist group by the name of “Revenge Rebels” have taken responsibility for planting an explosive device found at the house of an Athenian police officer in March 2022 reported Kathimerini newspaper.
According to the media outlet, the the anti-authoritarian group posted a text to a website linked to them, naming a specific officer, saying: “We can come to your homes, your workplaces, and attack whenever and however we want without you being able to stop us. Just be aware of that.”
The group also threatened to shoot an investigating magistrate.
